Yes, a heart made from the core of a pool ball! This heart has been expertly cut and finished by hand (not my hand!) amd I've set it onto sterling silver, surrounded it in a pretty wire and set it onto a 5mm wide silver band.
The piece has been oxidised to finish it off which gives the red in the heart extra oomph!
