The gorgeous red heart has been hand made into a beautiful puffed heart (not by my hands, unfortunately!) Which I have set onto sterling silver amd used a pretty heart designed wire to hold it in place.
I've oxidised the surround to give it a bit of a rustic, slightly goth, dark finish.
